OpenDoors:

OpenDoors is the best job board for junior designers who are seeking global job opportunities. It also offers many internship openings. The platform is continuously adding up new job opportunities every single day.

Framer:

Famer is a no-code / low-code web development tool, which means you can translate your Figma prototype into fully functional websites. No-code means you can build without writing code, while low-code allows the integration of code for custom functionalities, which pushes the boundaries of what’s possible. What makes Framer stand out from the other tools is that it is very similar to Figma. The first time I developed a Framer website, I’ve managed to learn the necessary principles in around 2 weeks while building the website. Learning Framer can be that fast.

Twitter/X:

I would consider this as the most efficient social media platform to connect with the best in the field, receive valuable insights, and stay updated on market trends. Personally, I haven’t found any other social media platform that can be as effective as Twitter/X. It’s often said that Twitter/X is LinkedIn on steroids.

ADPlist:

ADPlist is a platform where you can connect with leading professionals across various fields, and the best part is that it’s completely free. If you’re a junior designer who’s uncertain about your next step or career path, ADPlist can be a real game-changer for you. You’ll be amazed by the number of professionals out there who are willing to help, and all you need to do is ask.

Mobbin:

I consider this as the ultimate source of inspiration for product designers. Mobbin offers an extensive collection of designs from the most prominent tech companies, showcasing UI screens for Desktop, Android, and iOS. It can be a real game-changer. If you haven’t heard of it before, this one can definitely upgrade your design game.

Notion:

It doesn’t matter what your background is, if you’re not using Notion, you’re missing out on a lot. From my first-hand experience, I consider Notion the top free note-taking software available. And I am making this statement as someone who have used various other note-taking products in the past. Notion offers a range of advanced features for visualizing and organizing your notes, and it is backed up by a thriving community that provides a wide variety of templates to meet your specific needs.

Thank you for reading.
